- Food and wine tours: Sicilian cuisine, food and wine tours, fish market tours
- Walks: Taormina, Giardini Naxos, Randazzo, Motta Camastra, Savoca (location of the movie the Godfather)
- Volcano tours: South Etna and North Etna with stops for breakfast and lunch in neighboring villages, visits to wineries and tasting of wines made from grapes harvested from mineral-rich vineyards
- Bike tours
- Diving and snorkeling: scuba diving, boat excursions, visiting marine protected areas
- Shopping: Outlet Sicilia Village
- Sicilian cooking school with purchases directly from local producers
- Demonstrations of typical Sicilian recipes – cooked by me with guests.
